what we are

havna is built around the practices that return you to yourself. yoga, breathwork, meditation, sauna — each one a different door into the same quiet. a space in copenhagen where you come not to perform, but to land.


the practice

yoga

Slow, deliberate movement rooted in breath. Classes for all bodies and all levels — taught by teachers who hold space for you to arrive at your own pace.

breathwork

Guided sessions that use the breath as a tool — to release, to reset, to arrive fully in the body. You come exactly as you are. The breath does the rest.

meditation

The still point that yoga moves you toward and breathwork opens you into. Guided and unguided sessions for finding the quiet that was always there.

sauna

Traditional Nordic heat. The ritual of warmth, cold, and quiet — one of the oldest pleasures there is. Simple, generous, and deeply good for you.
